Once we receive your instructions, we prepare Form SH01 and other necessary documents. After obtaining the required signatures, we submit the documents to Companies House, and the new shareholding structure is officially recorded.
Issuing new shares creates fresh capital for the company, while transferring shares only changes ownership without raising new funds.
