Why should I buy the Registered Office Address service?

If you're setting up a company in the UK, you must register with Companies House with a registered address. This is your company's official address and where all HMRC & Companies House documents will be sent. Companies and LLPs must make their statutory records available for public inspection at their registered office, and they must display these address details on all company stationery, emails and websites.

Does the registered office service satisfy the 'appropriate address' requirement?

Yes. Every UK company must ensure that its registered office is always at an 'appropriate address' to comply with requirements introduced by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
